Swimming and surfing
In the neighboring village of Wallsee an der Donau a well-known watersports-center is available to surfers, rowers etc. Almost every town in the vicinity has ist own public outdoor swimming-pool. In Strengberg you can also use an indoor swimming-pool including a sauna, both of which are open year-round.
Cycling and mountainbiking
On a bicycle you can make extended tours through the Mostviertel, take a break at a Mostheurigen and, according to the season, enjoy the blossom-time of the fruit-trees in the spring or the colorful foliage in the fall. We would be glad to assist you in arranging your individual tour.
For mountainbikers the region has to offer many challenging
courses, one of which can be found in Rechberg/Upper Austria.
